Baked Penne pasta with marinara topped with a blend of Italian cheeses

Pasta Alfredo, Al Dente pasta tossed with a creamy Parmesan sauce with fresh garlic

Carbonara pasta can be offered by adding smoky bacon to your pasta Alfredo

Macaroni and cheese

Baked pasta with meat or sausage sauce topped with a blend of Italian cheeses

Pasta Primavera – vegetables tossed with pasta, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, and a hint of Romano cheese

Lasagna can be offered separately at a per pan price

Roast beef roulades - thinly sliced roast beef, rolled and topped with a savory brown sauce

Beef burgundy – thin strips of sirloin in a mushroom burgundy wine sauce with a hint of smoked bacon served with a choice of rice pilaf or buttered noodles

Stuffed breast of chicken-savory bread stuffing wrapped with boneless chicken baked and topped with poultry gravy

Baked New England style Scrod – fresh haddock baked with a rich lemon and butter cracker topping

Chicken picatta Milanese – boneless breast of chicken dipped in olive oil, dredged in a romano cheese and bread crumb, pan seared, and topped with lemon and butter 

Braised boneless pork chops – seared quickly and then slowly simmered in a savory pan gravy until tender

Chicken Romano – boneless breast dipped in an egg batter with Italian herbs and Romano cheese, sautéed and simmered in a lemon butter sauce

Baked ham – black oak smoked with brown sugar ham, sliced to your desired thickness
